Skyra Studios

Skyra Studios is a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to the performing arts offering over 7,000 sqft. We are conveniently located in Altamonte Springs, FL off of I-4. We have 4 private studios equipped with full-length mirrors, wireless sound systems and sprung floors. All studios are available for rent when not in use. Location

RENTAL HOURS: Studio’s are available for rent 24 hours a day. Monday through Sunday.  All studios are available for rent when classes are not in session. Rental rates available by the hour, half-day, full-day, or weekly.

RENTAL USE: The Skyra studio space can be rented for the following purposes:

• Dance teams, Pom Teams, Out of State Competition Teams
• Private or Semi-Private Coaching
• Group Classes
• Workshops
• Rehearsals
• Bands
• Auditions
• Photo Shoots
• Film/Video Shoots
• Seminars
• Parties

FACILITY:

• FLOORING – All studios are equipped with subfloors and a Marley overlay. Studio 1 has a soft-sole grey Marley that is great for ballet and soft-sole shoes. Studio 2, 3, and 4 have a multi-purpose grey marble Marley that is great for all dance styles.
• SOUND – All studios have a full wireless sound system including speakers, plug-in for iPod, Phone, and Laptop
• BARRES- Stationary and portable barres
• MIRRORS – Full-length mirrors
• LIGHTING – Each studio has bright clean lighting. Studio 1 and 2 have additional ambient lighting with Edison bulbs throughout the ceiling. Studio 3 has additional movie lighting in the ceiling great for shooting videos.
• CEILING – Each studio has 14.5-foot open ceilings to the rafters and insulation spray foam to help reduce noise transfer.
• DRESSING ROOMS – One 10×12 girls dressing room with 4 individual dressing pods with full-length mirrors, lighting, and electrical outlets. One 8×8 boys’ dressing room.
• RESTROOMS – 3 unisex restrooms
• KITCHEN – Large kitchen with water fountain, full-sized refrigerator, double sink, dishwasher, and oversized island. The kitchen also includes viewing TVs for each studio.
• OFFICE SPACE- Private office space available.
• LOBBY – Large lobby with viewing TVs for each studio and reception desk.
• PARKING – Plenty of parking is available.
• TABLE and CHAIRS  – 60 folding chairs and tables are available upon request.

PAYMENT: Renters must pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking to reserve the studio. The balance is due 7 days before occupancy. All checks should be written to Skyra Studios. Credit cards will be subject to a 3% card processing fee. Renters will receive receipts if requested. Renters should add 1/2 hour to 1 hour for setup and break-down time if needed. Space may be booked via email or phone.

CANCELLATION: a 48-Hour cancellation policy is in effect. Refunds will not be issued after this time frame.

INSURANCE: Renters are required to sign the Skyra Studios liability waiver. Full-day renters are required to have a certificate of insurance that covers liability.
